    A cozy, elegant stay

We had an awesome time soaking in the history and elegance. The deluxe queen room was super comfy and nicely decorated. The bar was a great spot to unwind after a busy day. Just a bummer that the outdoor patio has no shade now, felt kinda exposed while chilling there.

Our family enjoyed the fantastic golf amenities, especially the driving range. The outdoor bar was perfect for sunsets while the kids played on the lawn. We felt truly pampered by the elegant decor and exceptional service throughout our stay.

My wife says that it would be great if they had more family-friendly dining options.

I absolutely loved the elegant Regency style throughout the Williamsburg Inn. The stunning decor, coupled with beautifully maintained gardens, created a charming atmosphere that was inviting and accessible, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

    luxurious charm
    thoughtful service
    absent dining venue
    limited amenities
    noticeable changes

A delightful experience overall, marked by the luxurious feel and historic charm. The turndown service with daily replenishment of bottled water was a thoughtful touch that enhanced our comfort. The picturesque grounds provided a lovely backdrop for sunset views while enjoying cocktails. However, the absence of a dedicated dining venue was noticeable, and some amenities felt limited compared to expectations.

    breathtaking grounds
    luxurious atmosphere
    limited dining options
    absence of amenities
    changes in experience

The grounds were breathtaking, especially while enjoying a cocktail at sunset with the kids playing on the expansive lawn. The turndown service and daily bottled water replenishment made for a truly pampered experience. However, I found the dining options a bit limited after the changes, and the absence of certain amenities was noticeable compared to previous stays. Still, the luxurious atmosphere and exceptional service made it a memorable visit.

    cream cakes
    eggs benedict
    friendly staff
    formal ambiance
    personal anxiety

Oh, the cream cakes at The Terrace Restaurant—pure magic! We chowed down on eggs Benedict that could make angels sing. And don’t forget the delightful atmosphere. with fresh flowers and friendly staff, we truly felt pampered in this historical gem. Room service? Top-notch with options that made breakfast a treat. We'll be back for more indulgence next spring!

While the luxury was undeniable, I felt a tad out of place, worried if I dressed posh enough for the historic vibe. But honestly, it all sparkled despite the jitters—attention to detail, beautiful grounds, and a cozy ambiance made us feel right at home anyway.

It was just a strong match for a short visit in Williamsburg with good price value. We noticed the Restoration Bar had a cozy vibe, but it would have been nice if it stayed open just a little later. Make sure to check the bar hours when you plan your evening.
